Mad River Glen In House Catering
We can accommodate your dinning needs from breakfast to brunch, lunch to dinner and appetizers in-between. Menus are custom made for the event and can vary from a casual tasty BBQ buffet, a Station Party, a Light Lunch or a Continental Breakfast. Please keep in mind that we can do host any kind of an event from a potluck to a sumptuous gourmet meal. Below you will find a sample menu that will give you a sense of what we can do for your event.

The cost is $23 per person, plus 20% gratuity and 9% tax (Off-site location add $4 per person)
This menu is served buffet style; the price includes buffet linens, our plates, flatware and service based on the size of the party.
The bar and site fees are separate.

A basket of fresh corn bread or baked hard rolls
Served with whipped sweet butter
Desert platter of fresh baked maple walnut cookies and fresh fruit

 Main entrees (choice of three)  

Chicken
BB-Q chicken quartered and marinated for 24 hours in maple brine, slow cooked on the grill
Chicken and artichoke Provencal pan fried served with Calamata olives, capers, tomato, garlic and lemon
Buttermilk fried chicken served with rosemary pan gravy
Chicken pot pie served with a biscuit topping
Grilled chicken sandwich marinated chicken breast, grilled and served with a hard roll with lettuce, tomato onion and a pesto mayonnaise 

Beef

 Braised beef brisket served with an apple cider glaze with crispy onions
Oatmeal Stout beef stew a delicious classic served in a crock
Beef Bourgiugnonne slow cooked in red wine, onions and mushrooms
Grilled fresh ground burger served with a hard roll, Cabot cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onions and condiments 

Pork
Slow roasted pulled pork
marinated overnight cooked for 7 hours and finished with our tangy BB-Q sauce
Dry rubbed Ribs slow roasted and finished on the grill with our tangy BB-Q sauce
Grilled Italian sausage hot or sweet served on a baguette with peppers and onions
Grilled Bratwurst made with a pale ale served with sauerkraut on a baguette with a Dijon mustard mayonnaise  

Vegetable
Squash fritters pan fried and served with a Gorgonzola, rosemary cream
Frittata roasted vegetables, fresh herbs, shredded Swiss coveredd in a savory custard and baked, served with Roasted red pepper cream
House-made Pan-Pizza topped with seasonal vegetables, marinara, parmesan, mozzarella and herbs
Grilled Vegetable Lasagna made with seasonal vegetables
Grilled Portobello mushrooms marinated served on a hard roll with lettuce, tomato, onion and a roasted garlic aioli

Roasted red potato salad
tossed in a Tarragon and bleu cheese dressing
Pesto pasta salad Fusilli tossed with a pesto aioli, tomatoes and Calamata olives
Baked Mac & Cheese with crispy bacon and a bread crumb crust

Smashed potatoes with a Dijon cream and butter
Scallop potato gratin with Cabot sharp cheddar and fresh thyme
